"Roshi no duh kid! when you use 1 finger each hand it multiplies you weight by 5, when doing it hand stands that multiplies your weight by 10, and when finger hand stand thats your weight multiplied by 20

lets say you weight 200lb... you than bench presh 4000lb your are now bench preshing over 13 times your avarage bench bpreshing weight...... I wouldn't doupt it if you can't make 3 push ups..... 3 alone would increase your bench presh by 2x... 2 will increase it only slightly...... this is hard specially since you have weighted clothes on"

"roshiHarder to balance now isn't it? the more push ups you do the more you will feel strainned by trying to balance.........

how about instead of doing push ups for now you work on balancing..... that too will help your strength

"Roshi: oh dear it looked like that last hour he reached his peak and now he is passed out.... not only that but he is near critical condition.. but nothing a good rest without these weights on couldn't fix..... I will put them next to his bed so he could train more when he gets better"

*Dan gets up and puts his weights on and walks outside, and Master Roshi looks at dan*

"Roshi: oh good your up...... hhhhhhmmmmm it seems you are growing stronger tham even me........ The only human to ever surpass me is Son Gohan...... You are truelly strong.....

how ever Strength is not everything..... you must also be able to fight as well...... it is good you got those weights.... even though you are now faster than me.... you still are lacking in speed compairred to strength, and Energy.......

I just got word from Gohan that 2 new martial artist are entering the tournament...... both Gohan and me could sence their energy while we was near that isalnd sparring.... their power is strong.... very strong...... I don't know who trainned them but they are stronger than you and gohan combind....

in order to beat them you must be sharp...... I also have reson to beleive they are fast...... so you must out match them in strength..... don't try dodging if they attack instead block.... dodging will only lead to you getting hit......."
