KI attack Power Levels

Like I said before Each dice = a % of your power level and a special/powerful attack has the dice %added togeather

IF you have a Kiri level of 1 than a basic KI attack has a PL of 100 when the dice is roled as a 10

so if you have a Kiri level of 1 than a Perfected kamehameha (3 dice) would be a PL of 300 when all 3 dice are all 10s

Now if you have a Kiri level of 1 and you used a Mastered Kamehameha (4 dice) than it would have a power level of 400

Now lets say you have a Kiri level of 2 and you used a Mastered Kamehameha (4 dice) than it would have a power level of 800




Kiri is a rounded verson of your KI level / 100

so goku had a Kiri level of 2 but his kamehameha was allot stronger during the fight with raditz
